أفتح فمك لأرى لسانك : open your mouth and let me see your tongue
هل تشعر أحيانا بالرغبة في التقيؤ : do you sometimes feel ready to vomite
نعم وعندي مذاق مر في فمي : yes* and i have a bitter taste in my mouth
أخلع ملابسك : take off your clothes
سأعمل لك فحصا شاملا : i have to make a general examination
